Since the most important thing for us is your safety and that of our workers, we must inform you that if during your stay (more than one night) if you wish to clean the room or apartment, this will be done without any additional charge. but it is important that they know that they must request it by placing the sign or banner they have on the doorknob of the room, on the outside of the door with the cleaning logo. This service is carried out every day from 09:00 to 18:00.

If you do not indicate it, the rooms department will not enter to your room or apartment.

The cleaning of the kitchen and dining room are the responsibility of the client. That is why they will always have soap, cloth and sponge available for cleaning. If the day of departure the kitchen it is dirty and/or some accessory is missing, the hotel reserves the right to penalize it with an extra cost of €50.

Our parking costs €18 per day/stay. Unfortunately we cannot book it in advance, but we will note your request on your reservation and give you the highest possible priority on the day of your arrival.


We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that, while our car park is located in the Hotel, it does not have direct access to the rooms, therefore, you can leave your car in our reserved area to check-in and settle in your room and then park your car in the assigned parking space.

The company's policy is to make the payment of the entire stay effective at the time of check-in and reserve the right of admission to any person who refuses to do so.

 

The Hotel & Aparthotel Cosmos offers a wide variety of rooms and apartments. If you require a self-catering option, please book an Apartment or a Master Suite Apartment. The rest of the rooms do not have a kitchen.

We are pleased to inform you that cots are available at an additional cost of €15 per night.


Do not hesitate to let us know your decision so that we can add it to your reservation and arrange it before your arrival, for your convenience.

In order to manage your request you must contact us by email at recepcio@hotelcosmos.ad although it will never be guaranteed as it is under availability, but we will take note of your request and we will do our best to make it.

We regret to inform you that our hotel does not provide smoking rooms. Under Andorran law, it is forbidden to smoke in our facilities, including the rooms. The hotel has the right to penalize any guests that break this rule.

The standard check-in time at the hotel is from 3pm and check-out is up until 11am.

In case you arrive at the hotel and your room is not yet available, we can offer you a left-luggage service where we will store all your luggage at no additional cost.

Under current restrictions, Andorra does not require a negative PCR test for entry, nor does the Hotel.


However, we always recommend our clients check with their local authorities regarding travel restrictions, as well as restrictions when returning to their country of residence.

But do not worry if you arrive during the night, our reception is open 24 hours.

We have a thermal pool, located about 600 metres from the hotel which is open every day from 11 June to 30 August, from 10am to 7pm.


Access to the Muntanya Thermal Pool is a free service for all our guests. You must request free admission at our reception. These accesses may be affected at certain times of the day because of reduced capacity in the swimming pool and the weather.

Our breakfast is a free buffet at a cost of €9.50 per person per day. Currently, we have a special promotion if you reserve breakfast for the entire stay at the reception, the cost of which is €8.90 per person per day.

 

Likewise, we inform you that it is not necessary to reserve breakfast in advance and by going to our restaurant during the indicated hours you will be able to taste our breakfast.

We are pleased to inform you that the hotel has a breakfast service during the ski resort opening times from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The rest of the year, the hours are from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

For the dinner shift, the hours are from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. all year round.

The hotel does not offer room service or lunch. Vending machines with snacks and drinks are available 24 hours a day at the receptions.
