TREATMENTS AND MASSAGES:
To enjoy our treatments, massages, or private jacuzzi, we recommend making a reservation in advance to ensure availability and avoid any inconveniences. You can contact us by calling the landline +376 870050 or by sending an email to recepcio@hotelcarlemany.ad to confirm your reservation.
ACCESS TO THE SPA CIRCUIT:
Access to the water area of our spa requires a prior reservation, which must be made directly at the hotel reception upon your arrival during check-in. After check-in, you can also conveniently contact us by dialing #9 from your room phone.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND PUNCTUALITY:
Please note that cancellations or modifications to treatments will not incur any charges, provided they are made at least 8 hours in advance at the spa reception. Otherwise, or in the case of no-show, a penalty fee of €20 will apply. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will unfortunately have to shorten the treatment duration and charge the full amount of the reservation.
