Excellent apartment refurbishments. We have been staying at this hotel for 4 years now and it just keeps getting better and better. 100% recommended.

Very nice place and very good views, the room is very comfortable, perfect for a good night's rest.

A simple, but very cosy hotel. The double rooms are almost like apartments, with 4 beds, really (separated into 2 rooms). The bathroom has a French style, toilet and washbasin on one side and in another bathroom, bathtub and washbasin (at least in our room). Everything perfectly clean and well looked after. Breakfast is expensive for a buffet, at €13.50 per person.

Very good, I’ll definitely return. Right in the centre, a stone's throw from Caldea and the high street. Very friendly staff and acceptable breakfast. The coffee is very good.

Hotel & Aparthotel Cosmos. Located in Andorra. A 3 star hotel. But I must admit it should be a 4 star hotel after the apartments refurbishments. We were amazed with our room, very spacious, cosy and very comfortable. Both the sofas and the beds are very comfortable and make you feel like sleeping or resting. We had a fridge, microwave and 2 flat screen TVs in our room. (I have to say that it is a pity that so many channels are missing). Besides, its location is very good. The service we received from the hotel staff was always very friendly and they always have a smile on their faces ☺. It is much appreciated.

Good quality - price. Hotel with great location, since it’s in the centre and you can get around without a car. Great service from the hotel staff. The only things to highlight would be improving the quality of pillows, some minor repairs in the bathroom and the fact that a curtain was broken. But generally very good.

A great place to stay in Andorra, very well located and easy to get to Andorra la Vella, there’s a shopping centre close by, a wide range of restaurants and cafes. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and also pretty comfortable. Staff service is excellent, both at the reception and in the restaurant. The buffet style breakfast and dinner have a great variety and all the food is delicious. I 100% recommend.

We stayed in one of the apartments. Everything was great, spacious apartment like being at home. It has an entrance hall, with hydro-alcoholic gel dispenser, bathroom, double bedroom, living room with two sofa beds and kitchen. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, toaster and induction hob. They leave you a welcome pack with a cloth, dishwashing soap and scouring pad. There is enough kitchenware for 4 people, everything is well looked after. You have the option of having the apartment cleaned but you have to let reception know, we didn't need it. There is a broom and mop in the bathroom. A highly recommended place to stay in Andorra to rest and feel at home.

Location, remarkable room, excellent customer service, unbeatable value for money, do not hesitate. It surpassed my expectations.

Everything. The friendliness of all the staff. The comfort and layout of the room and the size of the bathroom were the best. Unbeatable location. The parking is reasonably priced. We will always come back here.

The staff's service was magnificent, at the reception I have to highlight Aitor and Rocío, any doubt we had was solved with a lot of sympathy and efficiency. The breakfast and dinner buffet as well as the waitresses were spectacular. I fully recommend.

The apartment was great, close to the island. Very clean. We could park in their car park. The perfect stay.

If you go, it's worth booking the premium apartment. It has huge windows and the apartment is very charming. Everything is very new. We stayed there and to be honest we had no complaints, everything was great, good location, great heating. Don't bother looking at other parking options, the 15 euros they charge per night is worth the money.

The proximity to everything the apartments are great with everything you need to spend a few wonderful days.

I loved everything and especially the new reception that opened the day we arrived with the fireplace included. Gorgeous. So much so that since we visited in August we have been back again and I won't go elsewhere. There’s limited parking availability and I didn't get one, but third time's the charm!
